    State-of-the-art manufacturing unit:
    Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit supports us to complete the bulk orders in the stipulated time frame.
    The unit is installed with necessary machines such as extrusion & weaving section tape line plant of 800 mm, high-speed looms, lamination plant of 3660 mm. The products manufactured by us have a wide application base in industries like the textile industry, shipping industry, engineering sectors, Agricultural and agro products, cover for vehicles, construction sites, chemical storage sheds protection to open warehouses, and more.

    Tapeline

    The tape stretching line incorporate state of the art technology designed to meet highest performance and quality requirements with maximum efficiency and flexibility while using minimum raw material and energy.

    Circular Loom: The looms offer solutions for weaving light weight as well as dense fabrics, of varying widths and wide variety of end applications. Width range starts from 1500 mm flat width to 4000 mm flat fabric and mesh size can goes from 6×6 to 14×14 per square inch.

    Lamination Plant

    • Wide Width Lamination Plant: Our facility consists of a lamination plant with an output of 400kg/hour. We were amongst the first to install such plant in Gujarat and therefore are highly experienced in laminating rolls of such size. The width of rolls can have range from 8 feet to 12 feet. The current plant can process up to 500 MT per month under industry specific environment.
    • Tandem Lamination Plant: The lamination plant has tandem configuration therefore can laminate on the both sides simultaneously. The plant has multilayer capabilities for optimized product performance at lower cost. The output of the plant is 600kg/hour and can process 700 MT per month.
    • Coextrusion Lamination Plant: The plant being coextrusion enabled uses multiple polyolefin based resin system to produce products that were not feasible using a single resin system. The output of the plant is 300kg/hour and can process upto 200 MT per month.

    Sizing

    • Size making/Sealing Unit: Our sealing unit can make sizes up to 30 feet wide in one go. We have two 6 head machine installed. We can also add side rope reinforcement and eyelet as per your needs.

Shree Kushal Polymer’s Quality team consists of Quality personnel, Process team, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinators, Quality testing facilities and manufacturing personnel. The team is responsible for ensuring the system is functioning correctly, that raw material and finished goods inspections are being conducted according to established protocols, and that established identification and traceability standards are maintained.

    PEOPLE: The required testing are performed by highly capable and well trained personnel.
    EQUIPMENT: The state-of-the-art equipment that is suitable for performing the required product testing.
    METHODS: Industry standard test methods are employed to monitor the product quality.

    Shree Kushal Polymer’s manufacturing facilities maintain high capacity testing laboratories outfitted with modern equipment capable of performing all referenced tests. Shree Kushal Polymers also utilizes an electronic Quality Management database to house all of its raw material product specifications, raw material and finished product inspection plans and records, and related process inspection data.
